I heard that last month squarepusher was missing, no one knew where he was. Then last week Richard (aphex) found him, but he was out of his mind, just aimlessly wandering around in a daze, not aware of whats going on. Richard had to put him in a safe home for crazy people where they watch over you. This could be a bunch of bull that richard told someone in an interview, or some one spreading misinformation. I was wondering if anyone else had heard of this, and if so, the source? Is it printed in a magazine?? is it on the internet ?? |

yeah...its been pretty well established that mr jenkinson is a nut... and yeah...richard did say (in sept.) that he hadnt seen him in a while...but he also said that tom disappears like that often...he'll be at his house everyday for a few months...and then just disappear...where no one would see him at all for like three months...and then he'll show up at richards house again as if nothing happened |

Yep, Rich said around the release of 2 Remixes by AFX that the reason the label was called MEN is because he hasn't been able to find TJ for a month "I don't know where he is, in fact, noone does" (loosely paraphrased), and they were supposed to get it together to name it. I don't believe all that mental home shit. I hear Tom's been drinking alot. And of course Squarepusher is out of his fucking mind. HAVE YOU LISTENED TO GO PLASTIC?!? |

i've read many times about his disappearing for weeks at a time, and you can read on the 'feed me weird things' back cover that tom's a pretty nutty guy. let's hope he's ok. |

I've read that he's quite a headcase, too. You definitely have to have a screw loose to make music like that, the guy's an eccentric genious. Let's hope he doesn't self destruct or something, I want that crazy lunatic to keep doing what he does best. |
