I always thought that...the face thing, that is...It's a pretty uncanny likeness of him when he was younger...very stylised but the face seemed pretty obvious to me... but I actually spoke to the guy who designed it and he said there wasn't any real reasoning behind it all; not a face, not a DJatWork symbol, not an A or a T etc.....just a logo he produced by messing around with letters/shapes... He's the same guy who did the Aphex Twin SAWII font... |

Its actually a Celtic symbol. I saw it carved on a rock on a mountain in North Wales. It pre-dates the Acid House revolution of 1988 and is thought to be the symbol of a clan who lived by entertaining local serfs with crazy percussive music in the 17th century. |
