Just promoting yourself? nah

I think today many artists struggle to sign in records
label.
Most aphex twin wannabes really surely nuff said.

xlt also have an amateur music makers who wants break
invisible floor above.

The conclusion is belong to Two-Face.
Luck is all.

Not talking about how label is huge or small.
One of my friend is small independent label owner.
Even he receive tons of demos everyday that i want to sign
sir.

On the other side most label owners are been known in scene
that
countless musicians playing which already have released and
performed as live
at least 5 times. At any rate some label owners who lauched
just one years ago
are supported by famous musicians which are have a label
they mostly release.
So in their view what is preferable factors they need even
musicians are still submitting
their CDs. I think the connection is what they prefer justly
so may they are don't listen your
music forever.

Nowadays a huge amount of musics being made by improved
technology but as much
the ticket barrior becoming narrow. IMO.

to answer the op question, i dont know cuz i never wanted 2
sign on a label cuz the whole music industrys way corrupt
and why would u want to be part of that and yes the small
labels just are as bad as the big 1's. the only real moral
way 2 release music is thru anyonymous isolation and
accepting no money what so ever, but i still listen 2 for
profit music alot cuz there are alot of bad ppl out there
making music i like

keep your best stuff available to everyone on the net, and a
label might contact you if they're into it.

then release with them - or not.

Have a long track record of passion, output, quality.

After all, labels are signing characters who create music;
not music that just came out of a vacuum.

and then invested heavily, the proceeds of which I live off
now. You've missed the boat, pal. you are royally

AFX cloned Drexciya and Phuture and then added strings and
pizzicato when he cloned Brian Eno, John Cage and Erik
Satie.

The secret is just to clone a few things that someone else
didn't think to put together.

what was that little piggy-wiggy? all i heard was "squeee!
squeee! oink" such a cute little pink pig with a
curly-wurly tail...i love your snuffly snout and trotters.

i wasn't but i will briefly. the confusion between your
pathetic attempt mixing up porcine slang and onomatopoeic
insults could only come from the mouth of a munchkin or
whipper snapper who spends his days eating scratchings and
masturbating over pictures of lisa riley.

look! it's another little pig... aaaw, you're even cuter
you lovely little grunter. I could just eat you all up in a
sandwich with lots of HP sauce. I wish I could understand
what you were attempting to communicate but unfortunately I
don't speak pig.

ddrummondd, like JivverDicker, is a musician who comes here
to shit on everyone? Hmm...
