Are people who still listen to a lot of
IDM/braindance/whatever the Deadheads (fans of the Grateful
Dead) of our generation?

You know what's strange about IDM? Music - any kind of
music, even techno - generally was invented by black people
and hijacked and bastardized by white people.

With IDM it's vice versa - it's white whiter-than-white
whities inventing it and black people (FlyLo, Actress, etc.)
hijacking it. Strange.

But techno, detroit and hip hop fed off of Kraftwerk and the
Art of Noise (whiter than white), so instead of being a
self-loathingracist, embrace the contribution people of all
hues can make. - Lol.

Man I must be some bitter man that I constantly troll on

WATMM faggots.

Heheh. What a limited scope! You don't listen to early 90s
hip-hop much do you? Nor 70s and 80s popular and funk music
it would seem. Everybody's involved. And if you consider
FlyLo a hijacker rather than a creative wizard, you've
seriously missed out

Well, IDM came from stuffs that came from post-disco and
post-funk and post-jazz, which were scenes where a lot of
African Americans were prominent. So it's like some African
American vibe went to Europe, then came back-- back and
forth, back and forth. So it is not the "black became
white" that is IDM-- the IDM is the oscillation between
cultures to keep up the lazer vibrations. That is what
creates the ultra and is the only power that can realize
true consciousness.

But not "any kind of music" came from Africans- Traditional
Japanese music, for example-- ...black people didn't even
come to Japan until 1987.
