Nicely done man. I love emotive techno and electro. I picked up on the 606 right away, but did not know that was a 707 until looking at the video. I haven't heard enough music that uses a 707 to make the distinction. Also, 202 Acid is underrated. |

Yes but those all use samples whereas the Roland drum machines predominantly use synthesised drums which are much more interesting as the sound can be changed dynamically with knobs, not EPROM swapping! Yeah fair enough. From a technical point of view I find the 909 and 808 much more interesting. However I would imagine "back in the day" going from xox to sampled drums must have been rather exciting. |
