how much coffee do you drink per day?
for me it's 1 to 2 litres.

what's your fav brand of coffee?
i'm not sure myself, however, the david lynch coffee
was surprisingly good.

caffeine makes my mind fuzzy.
does it really improve your wake status?
most folks i talked to seem rather addicted to a constant
flow. for me some activity or a short rest does the trick.

i can see however how one can enjoy it as a tasty beverage.

1~2 litres? What in the FUCK.

I drink 12 gallons. Just buy pure caffeine from
purebulk.com etc., and make your own caffeine drinks, that
don't taste like acid. Quality coffee will make you poor
from drinking 2 litres a day.

What in the FUCK!

The switch.

If you ever try to give up coffee....you'll likely sleep for
2 days .not wanting to get up ...ever.....cause you know
there is no coffee ..... so i replaced it with cocoa , very
good substitute and it is quite stimulating. then i gave up
cocoa for (aphex)twinings tea...
then i packed up the tea and got onto water ( body temp) .
best thing in the world. its just awesome to wake up and
down a pint of water, to give your body what it really needs
to heal ,instead of harming with not only chemicals but just
as bad > hot temperatures. all hot food and fluids are bad
for your stomach . we evolved eating body temperature
food/water for billions of years and still is required for
best health.

6-8 double strength cups every day, black, sometimes I have
sugar. I try a different country/brand in the percolator
every week and am beginning to mix different countries to
find my perfect cup.

I want to start grinding my own beans but it appears to be
more expensive than buying them already mushed which makes
no sense to me.

why would it make me poor? .. i spend not more than 20 euros
on (quality) coffee per month. less usually. or do i spend
more!?

well, coffee does make you feel more awake and more alert.

however, if you rely on coffee to feel awake and don't sleep
and eat properly you'll feel like shit (like i did once upon
a time). but if you eat and sleep properly and then put
coffee on top of it, there's no harm and only greatness.

Ok. Well, drinking 1 gallon of freshly roasted 100% kona
coffee a day would cost a fortune.

I am addicted to three french press cups a day. Withdrawal
headaches are excruciating. Grind my own beans, try to make
the best of it. If I become a poor I will sleep for a month
and eat five kilos of aspirin.

Actually the aspirin would cost more than the coffee. I will
just sit in the corner and whimper.
