Because its free. Also Ive never had any problem waiting for people to seed stuff. I get quite good speeds. The ratio system is kinda shit but its not very hard to keep your head above the water. |

i have to admit that i liked the amount of flac releases on oink, yes. especially idm stuff that was difficult to get ahold off. but i have to admit that i kind off went away from downloading flacs. it's a hassle reencoding it for players, ableton and stuff. |

dunno about before, but ableton totally reads flac natively now - just drag and drop. and most audio players play flac now too, and if you use itunes there's a plug-in that enables it. i have found no need to reencode my saw 85-92 24 bit flac remastered vinyl rip :) |
