is there a point where you just get too fat and stop
believing it's even possible to be slim again?

Whats interesting is that your body fat is worth $15,000 a
litre

the problem is that i know that even if i would eat less and
on more normal hours (i usually eat dinner at 1-2 am, no
breakfast and a lot at 5 pm) i am bound to the chair
because of school/work so there is no option to loose those
pounds.

in fact - i could care less if not the expenses for new
clothes. besides i don't really feel any backdraw from being
fat. maybe i sweat some more at raves i guess.

Just go walking/running or do pushups every hour, etc. One
summer I lost 15 kg by just running near-daily for an hour
or so.

Effective weight loss can actually happen from your body
being static. If you eat breakfast every day (and regular
meals thereafter), avoid really shitty fast food, and reduce
one serving of sugary food a day (soda or juice is usually
the easiest), you can reverse your weight gain. Its actually
fairly simple, you just have to keep in mind that you won't
see results right away.

I'd like to have enough money where I can sit around getting
fat, listen to music, and then jerkoff to porn.

I have a grossly high metabolism.
but anyways.
Um, stop drinking soda and at least take a walk everyday.

BY the way!
I was told by my doctor that people who don't get out in the
sun often usually don't have much energy do to a vitamin d
deficiency.
Extra strength vitamin D, prob solved.
TOO much energy almost.

look at your parents that's half the story
consider going veggie for a bit
get some excercise, yeah ok scrap that...
don't fight ageing, a quick and painless death at any point
is no tragedy for the individual concerned
be glad you live in a region where its possible to get fat
and write on messageboards
stop looking in the mirror

To loose some weight you can do amphetamine but I prefer
running.

taxi's advice is spot on. taking control of your eating
habits goes a huge way for controlling your weight. eating
breakfast *early* and keeping your meals regular and small
is very important.

if you're sedentary most of the time, maybe even cut your
intake down from 2/3 meals a day to 5 or 6 - smaller snacks
means your body is more consistently processing food more
easily and your metabolism stays in a higher gear.

also, drinking enough water will make a huge difference,
especially for late night stomach growls. people in western
society are often so dehydrated that they have started
straight up confusing their hunger and thirst mechanisms.

I noticed fixing sleep patterns has a great influence
towards healthy metabolism and weight. Matter of fact when I
don't sleep I'm generally more hungry and I indulge in binge
eating, last summer it took a couple of months of early wake
ups and some walking (part of transit commute) to lose 10
kgs

if you're static most of the day try doing some exercise.
Stop eating shit food (junk food, pop, processed meat, most
breakfast cereals), and cut down on alcohol consumption,
especially lager and cider. turn your computer off and go
and do something physical. dont eat snacks. drink more
water. Vary your diet a bit. don't get suckered in by
supplements and health food cons. shit regularly. go to bed
early.

I recently had kidney stones, i had a tube camera and laser
fed up through my penis into my bladder to laser the stone
which was painful.

this is all because of not drinking enough water, so be
careful

You should have kept the laser in there so you can shoot
lasers out of your penis!

I don't think raw food diets are a good idea.
