i feel like right now i would like to venture into a deep
world of abstract sound and become detached from reality

failed escape. haha

Politics for me too actually!

It is an old interest and what I study along with
Sociology/Philosophy etc... Academia is as important, if not
more important, than music for me.

Alcohol! I take a few sips and experiment with samples,
melodies and synth settings. Sometimes a basic idea
materialises in the process, which i develope further

musical inspiration roots deep in italo for the past 2
years.
i love the sound, structures and emotive explicitness,
compared to the more abstract and experimental stuff
i put my listening focus on before.

motivation is triggered by other sources though,
mainly movies and mood changes in life.
i never hear a song and get started making a new track.

still i get that wow effect when i hear some good
abstract music or noise and enjoy it a lot.

"music" - yeah, it's often that i hear a track and it
inspires me to try to make something in similar mood or
using similar sounds or whatever. sometimes it turns out
something very different from what i wanted it to be. which
is cool and also inspiring.

"life"- you meet someone inspiring or something inspiring
happens. quite obvious. or your weekday life is so fast or
tiresome or whatever and you just want to take a small break
from it and create something. or just do something
different.

"dunno" - sometimes you just sit down without any greater
ideas in mind and start messing with samples/synths and
something begins to slowly take shape. "dunno" also means
that sometimes all those " " inspirations are so well mixed
up you can't notice how or why they work and influence you.
or you just don't give a fuck thinking about them and just
try to make music whenever you can. and/or sometimes you're
only able to notice what inspired you after a while, when
you come back to the track you once made and get the right
perspective, hear it from a distance, so to speak.

phew, that's about it

I love that music, like much else, involves experimentation
and discovery. But the fact that we have musical heritages -
frames of reference - I enjoy presenting 'traditional'
elements in ... certain ways...

I try to keep strict control though - computer style!

the inspiration my worlds are also often from surreal,
fantastic and science fiction art/movies/books/radioplays.
i dont find what im looking for there all the time,
so i have to do it myself be it pics/art/music/writing.

its just pure escapism.
create a world of your own and dwell in it.

yoyoyoyoyoyo we have somthing in common

i don't have that urge as well, or better, i have it but
it's not necessary

i conclude that any attempt to describe an empty moment with
words is bound to failure

then my question is

what the fuck are you researching about?

maybe its a little bit of both
first you have to have the urge from the inside and then you
might get inspiration from the outside, depending on the
person i guess.some might only need the urge from the
inside.
