I read a manual how to deal with employees. In your case a psychotherapy would help. A few nice words now and than from your boss work wonders sometimes, especially if he asks you about your hobbies. |

Everything is alienating. Really, nothing makes much fucking sense without context, and any sort of context is arbitrary. So everything is just whatever the fuck. I quit my job with no planning and told the boss off and shit, then walked out. 1 year later, I'm still here, doing whatever the fuck. It's all fucked. Everything is fucked. The difference between idealistic lifestyle and hell is like a millimeter. I don't know whether I'm in hell or heaven. |

Ok here is some serious advice, tho i know that most people don't want any advice (especially not from me) Find something your boss is good at or some good trait that he has. Be very specific what it is! Go to him and tell him that you really admire that special trait in him and what it means personally to you. Be honest and forget your anger for a minute. Than tell him exactly how you feel if he treats you the way he does, and that you dislike his cheap compliments and want to be more involved in the work process. Tell him that you care because he doesn't. |
