What toys do you all want?!?!?!

...I was imagining if everything in the world were free
because of one person working really, REALLY hard. Like the
hunter+gatherer+cook+arts+crafts of the whole tribe of
Earth. ...But then I realized everything is free.

If there were only 5 people on Earth- with 1 person doing
and providing "everything"- I think the others would
eventually help, out of sincere respect and appreciation.
Somehow those 5 people have turned into billions, and we've
all forgotten that everything is actually free (as "free" as
swallowing the water that's in one's mouth, anyway), and
we've mostly lost the sense of respect and appreciation for
the people who make everything possible in our lives...
buuut anyway.....

Labor is considered a somewhat shit activity, but it is
actually the freedom to get what one wants, by exchanging
calories for money for coke+whorez. By thinking of my body
as an intermediary between calories and attaining what my
mind wants, I've taken a load off my shoulders, with regard
to how I perceive work. But for the system to function
properly, one must actually want something! I've
"unfortunately" been pretty content with my various toys,
but I now realize that I need to want a shitload more, in
order to ease the caloric-conversion process.

So what do I want? This is pretty much all I can "force
myself" to want at the moment...:
•new tablet
•gaming mouse
•high-end lcd monitor, 100+% ntsc, adobe rgb color range,
etc.
•few gigs more ram
•ssd startup drive
•dynaudio bm5a (whiiich i had to sell...)
•sennheiser hd650 (to replace my 590)
•upgrade Logic
•some synth and eq plug-inz
•totally replace my wardrobe
•replace my arms with massive lobster claws

So what do y'allz want, that makes the calorie-conversion
process worth it?!?!?!

Nice! Which reminds me to add to my list: fruits.

I'm always saying shit like, "If I were rich, I'd eat fruits
constantly!" I love fruits.

Fruits.

id like to try one of these tablets aswell, since im
spending
more and more time in photoshop. also:
- an extralarge printer, ultra sharp 16:9 monitor too
- any possibilty to press stickers en masse
- a shower that knows sth in between boiling and freezing
- a solar plane
- and one of those new electric bikes

oh, and im dieing for new headphones!! still havent found
the right ones to follow my old sennheiser px200,
whose cables had to be brazed together every year.
im holding money back for it, but cant find the right ones.

ones that make you trip out all by your lonesome in the dark
floating in extra salty bouyant shallow water, right? that
would be dope.

I just bought an i5 quadcore equipped with a delta 1010lt.
It's gonna be a huge leap forward since my actual
rodent-powered pc, I think I'll jump on a fps game aswell
because now I can. I would also like to buy me a new
hardware synth, I'd like to snatch a x0xb0x or some kind of
mini-modular.

I'm also looking for some kind of touchscreen netbook to be
used as a bed/couch surfstation, I'm actually using a
borrowed eeepc running ubuntu and I find the tiny keyboard
awesome (yay for tactile feedback). I would like to test
some kind of device running ubuntu or android, I'm not
really into gadget porn but I know there's a wave of new
tabletpcs/phones to be released soon.

90s self contained shelf stereo system with a cd player and
2 tape decks. and maybe some cool posters i already have one

Yah, true, man. Tons of free and awesome stuff in garbage
areas. With a little scavenging+time+effort+knowledge from
DIY television/internet, one can have a whole apartment for
like $100.

I want a greenhouse, a bunch of old PVC pipes and a big pile
of good soil, so I can grow some sweet veg this year and
also build something with the pipes so I can grow
strawberries vertically.

Also, a good pair of calipers, an old cassette deck out of
an old hifi, and a good pair of binoculars. And a flight to
England so I can trawl their second-hand music stores for
world-class IDM.

I don't think any of that is particularly normal for a 25
year old...

And a beehive (+ cooperative neighbors that don't mind
getting stung) so I can get honey and make mead and get
smashed for cheap.

... A plot of land in the Mule Mountains or adequate
property elsewhere to build a campground or B&B -- including
a music venue/room, art gallery, commercial kitchen (along
with a cafe open to all), and gardens (for peeps and
pollinators). The ability to pay it forward ... pax
