the riaa have announced that from next year, artists will
only be allowed to release 240 tracks maximum in their
career, pseudonyms included! there's a bill going thru
congress to cease copyright if the limit is exceeded. it's a
bug secret apparently so i felt the need to share...

I fully endorse this. Make it 24, so that's the debut album,
interim ep, second album, possibly farewell 7" if they've
been frugal, then CHAO! No needless remixes by your mates,
no stringing out your sketches over thirteen eps in an
overpriced folder, no chaff. For once politics that makes
sense.

I blame the rap artists and their pretend final "retired /
just died" album and then oh shit they've come back with a
two part quadruple album.

I would put a limit on how many acts at any one time in the
chart can feature the word "featuring" in their fucking
title as well but seeing as that's every cunting track out
there it seems unlikely.

The term retiring to rap artists is the short time between
albums where they are not promoting their latest work. It's
a lot like the villains in slasher flicks, they'll die at
the end of their movie, but they'll definitely come back
with a worse offering next summer to the clawing hands of
idiots.

And Justin Bieber shall be a governmental supplement to
feature on 50% of these tracks, as nothing sells records
faster than a 12 year old that middle aged women can imagine
fucking. It did well for the Twilight movies.

If this is true (which I highly doubt) the way round this
will be to make 240 79minute long tracks.
