I don't really like it, either. I've never understood what's so great about it.
I think it's just kinda... hmm, not his greatest at all.

i think its a shame that after those beautiful first 2 minutes the song collapses and becomes entirely predictable.
but i like it, its a good intro to the album in combo with the first track.

Vordhosbn is amazing, it's got so much emotion and power in it, which the rest of the album unfortunately lacks in places...

yeah i love zigg and taking control is my fav song on cd2 but the soul and emotion in the pipes at the end of the song (after 340) or so are what really takes me.

The first 45 seconds of vordhosbn is the greatest moment on drukqs.
After that I agree 100% with Netlon Sentinel, it just gets predictable.

No it was predictable the first time I listened to it. After the first 45 seconds it gets boring and obvious. Meltphace6 on the other hand is the greatest electronic song ever written.

I got interested in Aphex Twin music when first listened to Vordhosbn. It's a bit like Aksak Maboul song "Geistige Nacht", when the bass goes down Ãà òåðöèþ, êà æåòñÿ áîëüøóþ.
