I'm lucky if I can remember what I did yesterday let alone what fruity dreams I had during the night. I used to have recurring dreams about my dad dying, different ones but he always died in them and I could never do anything to stop it. They were the most vivid dreams I've ever had. In one he came to the house (which was similar to Dorothys from the Wizard of Oz) on Halloween with a pumpkin on his head to scare us and my mum decapitated him with a spade. The whole dream was in black and white apart from my dads pumpkin head (playing with black and white and colour, again similar to Oz, I must have watched it beforehand). I always knew it was my dad in the pumpkin head but could never open my mouth to say anything when my mum was screaming about him being an intruder. There were others, I had them all multiple times from the ages of about 7 until 14. So basically I have nothing to add to this thread. |
