oooh was listening to the tremelo ep on the way to work today. mmmnnn kevin shields is/was a genius-anyone know what hes upto at the mo?? got a copy of ecstasy and wine off me mate the other week-anyone heard this? what do you make of it? mmnnnn |

I'm a bit of a MBV junkie. Ecstasy and Wine is great, I wish they'd re-release it. I still prefer the later albums though - E&W is a bit jangly and poppy. I think Kevin Shields is still remixing and doing guest appearances once in a while, but I don't think there are any plans for a new record or band. |

I have, it's worth tracking down. Andy Weatherall also did a remix of "Soon" which was great because then I could dance to my favorite MBV track. :) |

latest news w/ kevin shield is that under his own name he released a new song called "outro" on a recent compilation. otherwise he's probably working on upcoming remixes, new music that'll never come out, and perhaps another tour w/ primal scream (my guess). |
