Hi
I'm representing the EuroVoice.tv team.
EuroVoice.tv is an online music contest portal, which gives
musicians a platform for publicity and where music-lovers
can listen to the contest entries and vote.

The contest is supported by famous music stars from all
around the world. Eric Serra
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Serra), producer,
bass-guitarist and composer is the EuroVoice Music Contest
President and Chairman of the Council of Experts.

Our main goal is to give talented musicians a chance to be
heard and to break into the music industry.

Feel free to visit our site - http://eurovoice.tv

And please let me know if you want to have more information
about our contest.

1. The Contest Rules (hereafter the “Rules”) are based
on the provisions of the Contest Regulations and outline the
participation and voting procedures.

2. A Contestant can be any adult from any country within the
Contest Territory.

3. The Contest consists of three stages: Internet
Pre-selection, National Finals and the Super Final.

4. During the Internet Pre-selection stage, Contestants must
register on the Contest Portal to upload their Contest
Songs. Viewers and listeners cast their votes for the songs
entered onto the Portal. This portal operates in accordance
with applicable UK Laws.

5. During the Internet Pre-selection stage payment for
registering and submitting an entry on the Contest Portal is
done via SMS. Once the Contestant has sent the SMS, he/she
will receive back a code, which will allow him/her to
register online and upload a song to the Contest Portal. The
registration fee and the cost of uploading the Contest Song
vary from country to country.

6. The Contestant will be registered according to his/her
country of residence and his/her song will be uploaded onto
the Contest Portal in the dedicated section for that
particular country.

7. Once the Contestant has been registered, he/she uploads
his/her song, which has been written and composed
specifically for the Contest and which has never before been
publically released. Recordings of the Contest Song must be
in MP3 format (minimum bit rate 128 kbps, 44.1 kHz) and be
no longer than 3 minutes long.

8. The Contest Song and any information given about the
Contestant on the Contest Portal must not:

- contain any offensive or obscene words and
expressions,

- fuel religious hatred, ethnic or racial
hostility,

- or offend or disparage any person.
