I'm fascinated by live Aphex Twin stuff--I downloaded some mp3s tonight. Wow! He makes it come to life so well, that's amazing!

Yeah, what I've heard of live aphex it pretty good, but I don't like listening to it much as it makes me wanna see him live that much more, and I know I probably never will

His up to date version of Heliosphan is amazing. More beats and breaks. You should also check out Come To Daddy live....the intro is like two minutes of sheer noise terror (loud screaming)

Happy tune. "....laughteeer, ten thousand tons of ice creeeeam, and if i sscreeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM"!! don't get the things i've asked for.....i'm going to !! (Distorted).
This was the live version, intro of Come To Daddy, and i remember it was the first time i heard Come To Daddy..i was shocked..my hands were shaking. It was the most intense moment i've ever experienced. The shitty thing is that i was a t home...listening to the radio..i can't imagine what i would have felt if i was at the Quart festival in person. Probably died of happiness.

you ever heard INKEY$ live? fucking nuts, but very very cool, has a long intro as well. i always pictured that track as this huge flying mechanical thing with pincers swooping around a town and killing people. think about it. plus with the longer intro, sound like their building the thing. definately download it
