wasn't the album something you worked on for a long time and
some of this was what you did in an afternoon? i sometimes
think people don't take that into account.

yeah the last 3 tracks are tracks i stumbled upon by
accident today.
the first track is brand new tho.

but what do you mean take into account? of the judgement of
the tracks? if so how do you think it should be taken into
account.

i just don't hold something to the same bar if i know
someone hadn't spent as much time on it. if you say, here
listen to this beat i made earlier and put some bass to it,
i'll consider it differently than if you said, here this is
what i've been doing the last 6 months and am going to have
mastered and pressed.

i guess maybe i think about what you will do with it later,
or maybe i just appreciate it for what it is, and prefer
something in the spontaneity. like those tape tracks that
eod posted, for instance.

ah i see.
well, the tracks on this ep are more jams yeah.. even
experimental.
but im not sure if i could've done much more with them, so
they're kind of complete anyway, to me. outside of helion
and outron, which i feel arent what i wanted them to be.

Whatever software/gizmos/know how turns out quite nice
intricate organic autechre/devine type complexity.
