I think that mentality of hating because of jealousy or ego is pretty pathetic in my opinion. we should be supporting each other and giving each other ideas and asking questions to learn ... it's OK if it's done in a fun way i guess everyone has an online nemesis |

this is a very interesting notion, because i was thinking the other day, we listen to music that we love, those artists have no personality to us, we kind of use our imaginations about who they are. so they are like ghosts. But you imagine them to be great, cool and intelligent guys.... which may or may not be true But on Xltronic you know who the artists are submitting their spams, so you kind of have a preconception about that person and their abilities which can make you dislike the music because you perhaps know this persons weaknesses and you judge them for it, which in effect makes there music more worthless and less appreciated. I have been trying to disassociate the music form the board member, because the way i see it, the music was created by the consciousness of the universe, as silly as that sounds, it's true, ideas do not really belong to us, we are more like a carrier for them and we should just give credit to this driving force for creation and for new ideas |

That doesn't sound silly at all, because i have been thinking the same things some time ago. It is probably what makes this random person hate me, i bet this dude never actually listened to my tracks before anyway. Maybe one, and thought i was some afx impersonator and therefor just hates me. It boggles my mind that someone can still have such energetic angst all the time, it's like a switch they flip. Basically i sit here and make tunes, while they use up all their energy until they collapse and look like tired uninspired fools. To add to it, i dislike this person's music, it is quite uninspired and sounds like he deliberately tries to avoid ALL influences and make something unique, which then isn't unique because it sounds like any other plain crap the netlabel scene craps out from time to time, but i can tell that he's a very friendly person, and i like that. |

Basically snaps randomly whenever i post on watmm (with the emphasis on whenever, i hardly go there), but i remember it happening a bunch of other times on there with the same person. Just when i finally got the kite up in the air, this dude takes a shot at taking it down. |

Hm, maybe it does kindof look like it bothers me, but that's just the non-emotional level of text. Really, it doesn't bother me at all. What i expected of this thread was musicians on zilty here listing their haters like achieved awards or something. But really, i know there are more than one haters out there, but fuck that, i make tracks to them ALL the time :D |

here is cwnt's hater story: gave up making music in 2005 after analord came out, started up again in 2008 posted a first new track to watmm ekt it's an 808 plop plop, a 303, and a broken juno 106 in the title, it says "synton fenix music" to get attention, hehe, but there is no fenix just the 3 rolands then two guys, one is called "Analogue Wings" were offended only talented people should have the right to certain piece of equipment anyone else must not own it anyway i just laugh, they angry about a fake fenix lol then some months later inheritance money comes then one guy is selling a synton fenix so i think, hmm, i am not allowed to use a synton fenix, it is not allowed by the powers that be, i am not at the correct level of talent as set by the department of musical quality and standards then i said to myself "hehe fuck you all - i will buy synton fenix now" then i got it now i play it all the time fun, fun, fun :-D |
