i had mysterious ghost bugs in my bed for a good month and couldn't figure it out because they were invisible/too small to see but i could feel them throughout the night... all over it eventually disappeared.. and everyone i've talked to says it must have been in my head. shit |

mine are muchly visable. they taunt me with their tiny winged flight into the only lit objects of my room. their light hunting shenanigans are frustrating my interwebs experience. little bloody buggers. |

i have opened the door to a more brightly lit room for their pleasure. i hope they fall for my elaborate ruse, as they do cause me an unnecessary amount of displeasure. why can't we just learn to get along? |

to be honest i'm not a huge fan of bugs, that method is the easier but it might not work, try trapping them in the bristles of a broom, it seems hard but they will incredibly trap themselves without much effort, then if you knock the handle against the window sill they will fly away without further hassle. just let them know you want them to live. |

i always feel sad whenever i kill or hurt a bug like 1 time i was outside and some ants started crawling on me and i brushed most of em off in the grass but later i noticed 1 on my shirt and i brushed it off but i was standing on the sidewalk and it when it hit the ground it looked like it couldnt walk anymore and was just squirming around. now that i think about it i probably shouldve just killed it cuz from that point forward its life was going to suck |

sometimes when i see a bug i will kill it but then regret it later a few days ago there was a big beetle in the sink and i was like geez wtf is a beetle doin in my silk so i squished it with a tissue and threw it away but after that i was upset and though i shouldve just put it outside |

once i was camping, it was night and a HUGE bug started flying around my lamp, so i hitted it with a stik and when it felt on the ground i throwed a big stone on it. the morning after i took the stone and i discovered he was alive, and that i just deatched its wings, unintentionally of course. in the meantime half of it have been eaten alive by ants, so from that day i try to avoid killing bugs. you could make a movie off this shit. |

A big moth was in my room other day. Next morning I found it in a tupperware box, flapping around. I tried to gently help it out and put it on the window sill, but after a couple of minutes it stopped flapping. It became completely still, its antenna flicked once - then it curled up and died. I watched it die in real time. |

that's fucking intense. did you have an emotional response? i personally can't stand those big flapping moths, even though they are quite beautiful. seeing one die wouldn't leave me unaffected though, if only for a moment. |

Whenever we get a wasp in the house I use a drinking glass to catch it against a wall or another surface, then I put a piece of paper between the glass and the surface, and use it as a lid, and release it once I'm outside. |

oh there is a little trick you can do... if you trap a wasp like how 'aphexacid' said, put him in the freezer this will make him unconscious, then carefully tie a thin thread to his body, be very careful not to hurt his body or trap his wings . then leave him in the sunlight outside and hold onto the thread. you have a pet wasp on a thread :P then put him back in the freezer and wait for him to KO then carefuly take off the thread using a small sharp knife and leave him outside in the sun. he will be fine |

hahaha! :D But seriously, sorry to hear about your problem. :( I killed a red ant yesterday and was worried for quite a while that others might come to claim the corpse and then take over my room and maybe play my music when I am not here really loudly and get me into trouble. But that didn't happen, so its okay. I do like bugs, actually- I like to take photographs of them. I might get a macro flash at some point (special kind of close-up flash) to take some really close up shots of them. :) Also, they are important to the eco-system. |
