...Wow. I'm on series 3. It took me a little while to get into it. But the slow character development really pays off. Each series seems to get better. It's up there with The Sopranos, Deadwood & Six Feet Under. HBO really are fucking amazing. I'm sure there's many bigger Wire fans than me on here... |

It will be pretty fucking shocking if Avon kills Stringer. Don't tell me... Bunk's speech to Omar that made him take a massive spit, with his eyes welled up, was fucking excellent. Gotta love Bunk. Still, I love Bunny more. I'm actually watching series 3 on BBC 2 at the mo, so going along veeery slowly. Its a nice treat to end every weekday tho. |

Yeah, I started watching series 3 on BBC2 as well, but got impatient and ended up torrenting the whole box set. S eries 4 is shaping up very nicely at the mo. No doubt, this is one of the best series of its type ever made, if not THE best. Only Hill Street Blues compares. |

yeah, season 4 is the best one. great show indeed, i've seen 1-5 once, and 1-3 twice :D |

its brilliant season 4 is best. season 2 was my least favourite, 5 was a bit poo too (the whole mcnulty storyline). but yeah its fucking awesome anyway. |
