do you ever fear a mental breakdown?

i do. occasionally.

i consider myself to be quite "normal" (whatever that is). i
don't stalk people, shout gibberish to strangers or stuff
like that. no, i'd say i'm pretty much your average guy.

but sometimes -- yeah once in a while -- i feel like i just
MIGHT collapse, start foaming at the mouth and revert to
some infant state.

now... IF i ever enter this infant stage it doesn't have to
be that bad, has it?

why? because it'd hopefully be like restarting windows.

you know, getting rid of all those silly apps running in the
background.

restarting that shit, and THEN getting rejuvenated and ok
again.

you dig?

truly sorry about your step dad.

i'm sure you've had a much worse week than i've had.

i feel like an asshole talking about my petty problems.

i've almost stopped talking. i used to be really talkative
with friends and family. now i just shrug and nod and
stuff.

nothing compared to my stuff, but i'm currently at the turn
point of my life where i either 1) take the wrong road and
spiral down, or 2) take the right road and everything will
be fine. The problem is that i need atleast hundred parts of
a compas so i can put it together and to know what road i
should take to be all right in life.

While currently, i'd like to just vaporize into thin air

sometimes i think about turning into liquid, why do want to
become an element of life if we are escaping life?

the fear is a enemy to the clear mind.

is natural that if you fear face to fight the fear,
have a mental breakdawn.

i think you're already in the process of rejuvenating
yourself.
your brain is reacting to something, whatever it may be, and
naturally you will make a change within or outside to adapt
to this reaction.
the brain cant stay in the same state forever, but maybe it
can for a long time.
my advice is to be honest and dont hold back, follow your
emotions and let them guide you.

theres a difference between a permanent underlying state and
a fleeting shallow state of mind.
if it is a fleeting one you will forget about it after
awhile, and if it isnt you will be forced into a permanent
change.
i cant say which one it is, but either way you wont stay in
this purgatory forever.

sorry to hear about that thad.

i got used to hardness of life as well, used to beloved pain
and general injustice, so i'm daily struggling for some kind
of peace in this plastic life and pick the most from the
simplest things, like everyone. not sure what this thread is
about i've found a good deal to keep control, even if you
feel you're a bit crazy, and if you're crazy but you can see
it, i say fuck the rest

but if you dont think you dont exist its a fact from your
perspective, I think so :D.

"Mental breakdown" I guess is a conditioned becouse of
desire to know too much. This desire is hysterical and
irrational.
