...you go for a swim with your black friend who is getting back into exercise after having broken his ankle, then recently had it removed from the cast and you see your meditation class teacher and have a good old chat with him? Nice when that happens that, i'n't it? :) After the swim I feel energised but also sleepy. It's a dangerous mix. |
