there's this man, Yann Arthus-Bertrand that i've seen into a BBC documentary about a photo gallery he did in the center of Baghdad, now he's going out with this Baraka kind of movie, if you're a fan of docudrama, k i'll get my coat. |

no need to get ya coat man, I liked these non narrative documentaries. I enjoyed baraka! I like those camera tricks like the part in baraka; those lizards, looks like a rock face then it pans back and you can see a family of lizards. or time lapse, good!! |

the other docu i have seen by him was really cool, not just for having the guts of doing such kind of manifestation in a city like that (without police protection - it seemed - and paying a whole army of supposed bureaucrats) but especially for that helicopter shit, he was commnicating with the pilot telling exactly where to stop to take the perfect shoot, it was funny also cos you see him freaking out several times during the preparation of it. i need to get paid by this motherfucker. |
