for those here who may be interested, the latest update to Android has been released for those of us who're lucky enough to have the developer version of the G1, the ADP1. be warned that some apps don't work with 1.5 just yet, but the core stuff works fine so far. a few improvements i've noticed since updating last night: Touchscreen keyboard input high definition option in YouTube (even over 3G, WiFI not required for this) Built in ability for uploading to Picasa web albums, and YouTube Video recording Camera shutter is now quicker btw i know it's possible to get ADP1 builds onto the consumer T-Mobile G1. but i'm not encouraging anyone to void their warranty |
