People seem to confuse the internet with a public place that entitles them to do anything they want. Rapidshares TOS explicitly state multiple times that people are not allowed to distribute copyrighted materials. No-where in the TOS does it say that they will protect a users privacy. Now these people have put themselves at risk for litigation all because they were lazy. Idiots. |
