overrated yeah but still pretty fun. (it's no monkey island 2 though.) bioshock 2 looks exactly like bioshock 1-- but with a better engine. don't know whether that's a good thing, we'll see. |

It was definitely overated. I followed it from the very start imagining it to be this underwater opus and although the final game was very good, it wasn't in classic territory for me. Amazing art direction though. Bioshock 2 looks a case of more of the same thing. Seems like it'll be more like an expansion pack than a true sequel, but as ever, it's worth waiting until release before passing judgements like that. |
