Everyone has emotionally draining days, when you just feel shit when you get home.
But whatta you do to combat this?
People will fail you.
Food just makes you fat.
Drugs are cool for a while, but leave you feeling worse in the end.
Even meditation can make you feel kinda empty. Does for me, anyway.
But feel good series' on TV are the way to go. There's nothing that can go wrong- a guiltless pleasure. They are ongoing, so they are always there for you.
My favourites are Come Dine With Me and My Name Is Earl.
What're yours?

Indeed!
I have seen the first two and the comic looks cool. Perhaps a bit cerebral for me, though.
The link to your own blog is a bit of shameless self-promotion, but it looks cool! I'll give it a proper read soon. :)
I kinda dislike reality too, but since it's there I try to accept it and use it as impetus for creative things. I know what you mean, though. It's a bit shit.

On a similar note, I saw a plastic toy kitchen set in the pound shop once. On the burger box that came with it said 'suffer children welcome' on it, as well as 'human life a big choice'. :D I thought that was fucking brilliant. :D hahaha!
