The first one is a case of an improper understanding of the locking mechanism. For the second one, I enjoyed closely watching the fall repeatedly to try to figure out what exactly went wrong. It seems he missed the logical nearest rung while stepping down and lost his balance. It would be pretty embarrassing to have been those people. |
