...is youtube a lovely floating seed , yet ebay has to leech billions from people? youtube offers an immense amount of storage and bandwidth ebay 1 photo for free and some text!! then everything ontop leach leach leach! Then they sit on a comfy sofa on bbc news and brag about their insane billions of profit siping on a cup of cocoa which powder was grown and ground by a 5 year old slave child? how can you brag about theft? what the fk is going on? |

your being riped off. who's charging you? how does youtube take money form you? unless you mean the cost of electricity ,internet provider fees and the price of a computer all the items need to get on youtube and include the food you have to eat in order to stay alive during the experience,the house you sit in ,the counsil tax ,water rates etc.... or am i running up a bill i cant see !? |

You Tube could go pay per view in future, should a fee be demanded by the copywriter of the material they are broadcasting. Or they could encourage users to upload videos and charge a fee for that of which YouTube would take a percentage - ala eBay. At the moment, however, the quality is too shitty and it's all a big mess - but the ground rules could change. Of course, eventually I would expect it to ruined, just like eBay has been ruined. ruined by profit margins, greed and the same principles of boom and bust that fuck up every business and fuck off every consumer. |

because ebay is a business, they charge customers just enough so that still use it and not go on the other auction sites if they charged too much everybody would go elsewhere, simple economics don't forget that ebay is useful because there are so many people using it, so you have a huge customer base when selling something, you pay for that in a sense, because it is efficient |

there should be competition auction sites but there are none ( not even ebid come close) because everyone is on ebay!! they cant get off because everyone is on ebay! the only way to defeat ebay is to tell everyone to move to freebay on the same week. all together.....hack ebay so every page on ebay says ...".GO TO FREEBAY!" you are set free my friends! your account ratings are transfered. but it wont happen until we are organised. they are clever bastards at ebay and they are proud to rip off people. they enjoy it thoroughly. |
