Bale made sure stringent quality standards were followed on
set. Any degree of amatuerism was not tolerated.

I'm not sure if I like the half-reboot concept.
Either do a clean and total reboot (ie Batman), or don't.
T3 wasn't that great, but it did happen, and it gets
confusing when they start picking and choosing their
continuity.

salvation is very much canon with the main series but more
so with terminator 1, im glad its not a total reboot, it
just wouldnt have worked

linda hamilton has also reprised her role supplying voice
narration at the beginning and the end of the movie, as has
arnold,

robert patrick is also rumoured to be in T5 playin a
scientist who helped skynet construct the T-1000

i can honestly say i am very excited by the new trilogy

That looks hyper dumb. Look how he talks in soap opera drama
sexy man voice quiet speak. Then computer animation where
they forgot to add weight. And they make you listen to
stupid music while you watch it. And that stupid girl, am I
the only one who notices the rapid devolution of the human
race? I mean people in advertisements/movies and such have a
reputation for being more 'attractive' than typical walmart
shopping ass fags, but are these the most attractive people
available nowadays? They look like piss covered in shit with
tits on their dicks. The scientologist just have no reason
to care anymore. Oh hi I'm brad pittt, what I did not make 5
million dollars today, someone will pay for this! I'm gonna
go stalk that motherfucker.

I agree, looks shit. And people do seem to be getting more
stupid by the day.

Was the cyborg/ robot thing at the end meant to be exciting,
the climax of the trailer? it just reminded me of
Transformers.

I am more excited about Transformers 2 than Terminator 4. At
least Transformers is honest about what it is. Films like
Terminator try to be an adult film, but don't succeed. A
vaguely interesting idea overshadowed by explosions.
Transformers is a kids film and says it is. Terminator is a
bit gritter, but esentially the same idea of robots taking
over the world, but it tries to cater to adults. But it's
for kids.

Will be mildly entertaining I'm sure, but it's all about
effects now - bearing little resemblance to the first movie,
of which this will not be 10% as good.

I sighed when i heard the NIN music. I still kind of like
NIN, even tho most people loathe them nowadays for some
reason, but using Trent in a trailer makes me want to shout
SPARTAAAAA. It looks like it will be an OK movie, but it
probably won't be able to hold a candle to the most epic and
perfect action movie ever: Terminator 2.

I think it looks way better than T3, but I'll surprised if
it gets even CLOSE to T1 and T2.

For me, the first two movies are where it should end.

T3 was ok, just a shame that the big scene with the trucks
looked exactly like it was, a massive stage set. That was
horrible.

honestly, when I first heard this movie was being made I
feared the worst, those trailers are much better than
expected. Loads of nods to the first two films, my
expectations are a little higher now.

Made me smile to hear the Nine Inch Nails track, one of my
favourite songs of his best album.
