god, get a grip. I've been a member here since I was 14 and I've never once felt like I was addicted or dependent on xlt. I never understood the whole "SHIT I NEED TO LEAVE THE MESSAGEBOARD" thing. Sure sometimes you just sit in front of the screen pressing f5 when you've got nothing else to do for a bit, but I'd never say that it was sucking the soul out of me. Surely once you've refreshed a few times and no one's written anything new for about 20 minutes, you'd go and do something else.. If not, I'd agree with Sam. If something as mundane as this can distract you for so long when you don't gain anything from it, then it's more than just your xlt "addiction" that you need to sort out.. you've got some problems such as an empty and boring life which you should tackle, as opposed to blaming a website. |
