Lie in a quiet room, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Count down from 100 with every out breath, and when you're breathing out slowly, imagine a warm tide coming in over your feet and getting higher up your body bit by bit with every breath. Imagining your body filling with water from the feet up is another method too =o) |

i dont actually relax much anymore, hev become quite active since i quit the shit (in a good way no need to relax really) i only "relax" when i drop dead in bed, on holiday or when with a girl. |
