Really? I've heard that most of the individual gameplay elements were extremely simple. I had hoped that the game might be better than the sum of its parts, but if anything, I'll wait a few years until it's $20 and then try it. |

it's good but, yea, simplified. the creature creator is hella fun though, and everything is very streamlined. The whole point of evolutionary choices is not emphasized as much as promised, but here's hoping for a sequel. |
