make a video... with a still instead of moving pictures. use premiere or whatever. windows movie maker. |

Don't load too much clips into win moviemaker though, it'll crash if you do. You can setup a single image in moviemaker and stretch that "scene" or "clip" to the length of the song and output as .wmv with the default settings, perhaps you can change the quality and bitrate of the song somewhere, haven't checked that out ever in mmaker. Uploading to youtube is easy, all the links and documentation on your youtube account channel direct you towards uploading goodness. Good luck! |
