im trying to get cubase to slave from my elektron sfx60.

yeah it should work, ive done it many times with the
monomachine as the master clock. go into the sync settings
and make sure it's on receive mode.

sx3 .. what version do you have masturbator!?

what iv done is turned the sync online. and then go into the
sync settings and all I find for input is this mmc machine
control stuff. would that be it!? there doesn't seem to be
any options for receiving midi clock or timecode stuffs.
only destinations.

id like to get an apple running logic. been keeping an eye
out for schools that have sales on all their last year
computer equipments. woudl love to score a g5 tower for a
couple bux.

i loves the cubase sx3 too tho. it is really fantastic.

when i used cubase 5 i remember it specifically saying in
the manual that it is always the master. i remember it
because i remember not really liking it.

they may have changed that in later versions tho.

hmm. well, perhaps sx3 is can't has.

at least I didn't accidentally a coca cola bottle.

I think ill do a search and see what turns up. not sure why
