Your stuff is just getting more and more unlovable. I understand this music n all, but it feels self indulgent and lost in it's own design. I can't completely write it off as bad but i can't possibly imagine a moment where i'd listen to this. Critique on the track is that it's not shit, it just needs time and space between sounds. FAR too much vibrato on everything, it's jarring. I think the main thing is the sounds are somehow not organic enough to legitimise the lack of impression. You know i used to be all for this experimenting in glitchy tripscapes, but i lost interest simply because you've gone too far down that road. It's not shit, but it is bollox. |

this kind of stuff is so mood based. you gotta catch people in EXACTLY the right frame of mind to want to sit through 8 minutes of it. that said- I hear good production and an overall interesting combination of sounds. |

hehe ahh.. well, thanks for the longer reply. personally i dont think there is a 'too far', theres only 'it works for me or it doesnt' this is a very internal thing, i add images and ways of listening to it that some will resonate with, and others wont.. as for the vibrato, well, i dont know :e wolfslice; its just an atmosphere of sorts, to put it another way, i would rather make this, than not make it at all.. i do enjoy chilling out to it and thinking about stuff to it. |
