Ok, this thread is probably going to be dead on arrival around here but is anyone going to the Rip It Up Pop Festival in Säffle, Sweden this summer (yes, it's named after that Orange Juice 80s hit)? It has an amazing lineup of indie, lofi and twee pop bands like the legendary Sarah Records' Another Sunny Day, Shelflife Records' Days, Pipas, retro synthpopers Gentle Touch, twee pop darlings The Tidy Ups and even the Clientele! Me and my brother are going. We think it will be grand. Keep C86 Alive! |
