just bought all his films today. i've been meaning to do so for quite some time, to add to my collection.
just finished watching The Royal Tenenbaums. i hadn't seen ift for a few years.
Richie's bathroom scene was difficult to watch. as you see from my av, that scene resonates with me a bit too close to home :(
anyways, enough of my emo shit (i'll just cry myself to sleep tonight)
i'm looking forward to watching through these again. i have yet to see The Darjeeling Limited though, so that will be fresh.
i'm pleased with my current DVD collection, but still need more.
Anyone else have any particular scenes from films that are personally close to you? no need for details if you don't want to divulge...just a mention of the film and the scene...maybe a quick description of the scene?

I didn't much like Tenebuams, too much Indie-Dysfunctional-Family-Dramady, but Life Aquatic was hilarious.
"woaaaah stop! leeches! everybody, check for leeches!"
"...."
"just me? you gotta be kidding me!"

yes, Life Aquatic has me laughing as soon as you see the bare-chested Bill Murray in the first 3 mins

Only watched Rushmore and I didn't really see what was so special about it.
