all ive got to say is its the best action game ever and blows NGB/Sigma out of existence . everything you probly hear about it is that its hard as fuck , and ,thats true, but what you dont hear is that the frustration:satisfaction ratio is like 1:4 . sounds mental. i had a really hard time beating NG(xbox) on hard mode. all my friends gave up but I pulled it off. and with all the frustation, yes, I felt a moment of pride equivalent to that of a professional sports player winning the play-offs. if NG2 is harder, then I'm up for it. there has NEVER been a game I've played that's harder than NG, and I've played the hardest hacks of games out there. I'm currently developing the most detailed and hardest version of super metroid in existence. |

Got it this morning, a few chapters in- Cock solid- + Level design has little backtracking... great, first game had poorly designed levels and puzzles, this game keeps rollin' and knows its strengths + I'm a sucker for bitmap backdrops... Neo Tokyo and Mount Fuji looked cool + dismemberment + auto-regeneration after every skirmish. Doesn't dent the difficulty, it merely eliminates tedium. All I did when I needed health in the other games was grind anyway, now I don't have to. Helps the pacing. Wankshot- - Unbelievably, the camera sucks more than ever now that there's so many ''cinematic'' moves. It's laughably bad. - the music sucks compared to NG1's Cock solid game |
