Attention Defecit Hyper-Disorder?

I think if you know it's a problem, you should try and drink
green tea and meditate, it's not permanent

Be sure you actually have ADD though. There was a time when
doctors were slapping this diagnosis on anyone who
misbehaved a little in class or wasn't paying attention.
Giving kids speed for a catch all.

I don't really think green tea is going to do anything..

It's considered to be a persistent condition so I doubt it's
just going to disappear with no assistance. There's no cure
of it but you can get medication to help you out as well as
behavioural therapy to help you learn how to control it
yourself to a certain extent alongside the medication.

get out of the downward spiral and move onto the fragile and
with teeth. if you have adhd i cant see that as a problem.

You should buy a white coat and go down to the local
hospital. It can be a lot of fun diagnosing people when you
haven't got a clue about anything.

I like the forest, i like to to jump from tree to tree i
always carry my grandfathers rifle to aim and shoot stuff
generally,, no particular target, just as long as it got
some kind of heart bumpin, and it´s "in the woods" i also
make traps for lager animals. dreaming of hunt/catch/kill
and animal with my bare hands... dont get me wrong here (i
DON´T kill for fun) but some animals even call themself
"predetors" (high up in the food chain) and it says they are
almost as clever as mankind if you DON`T hunt animals THEY
will get evolve, get smarter and kill us! beware of the
WOLF!!!.

er, what

including myself in every slice of drama i can get my poor

offering any sort of advice.

I had ADHD until 5th-6th grade of elementary school.
At the beginning of 2nd grade parents started to gave me an
omega-3 pills for nutrition reasons and accidentally i get
cured from ADHD.
Today we know that the omega fatty acids can cure ADHD but
it's questionable for adults.
Try with them...

Luka's got the best advice so far, but it boggles my mind
why someone would ask for medical advice on an electronic
music message board. pulseclock might have been trying to be
funny, but stimulants usually will help ADHD, but most of
the time you need something with a lot more punch than green
tea.

This is not my experience.

I believe there are an alarming number of children in the
USA using the stimulants, along with an increasingly larger
number of adults who use them to be more productive in their
careers (even though they are not diagnosed with anything).
I was suprised to find out how many of my friends use them
(both with a prescription and illicitly). There's bound to
be a backlash at some point.

yea I thought I had heard that, but looking at wiki right
after seems to say other wise. I used to take it both as Rx
and illicitly :P

anyway

viewing and david icke last time i saw her, not good

If you feel like you're in a downward spiral, the cause
could just as well be depression. In fact, the cause could
be a lot of things. That's why - if you really want and need
help - you seek professional help.
