It's quite nice, although I found myself frequently recognising bits from elsewhere... I wouldn't say it was album of the year so far by any stretch of the imagination.

i really wish he would do more stuff with vocalists...
i love his stuff, but standouts always seem to be the tracks with vocals... tea leaf dancers on reset..., robertaflack, testament & aunties lock/infinitum are the standouts on los angeles, although do love sexslaveship as well... but it is a great album... no complaints... and yes, don't worry i've already reserved the cd & vinyl at my local record store... love ya flotus!

This is released today. I must stress again what a fine and original album this indeed is, it's worthy of an actual purchase! This album has a sound as intriguing as that of the Boards of Canada and an ethnic flavour to its tracks reminiscent of the works of Richard H Kirk and yet it sounds like a totally original thing of its own that I tend to think of as psychedelic instrumental hiphop.
