do you mean the peking-style crispy duck? If so, I would agree that it is delicious. :] That's the only chinese duck I've had but I think it's the quintessential way to prepare it, if I'm not mistaken. |

you might be thinking of bamboo shoots, yes, or also possible water chestnuts. There's a chinese BBQ place downtown that always smells delicious when I pass by it, I'll have to try the duck there sometime. |
