I Wish I hadn't sold my N64!

This website reminds me of all the games when I had my
N64.....

http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/n64/index-cla
ssic.html

or go here for more classic video game music!

PS. Can someone tell me how to put active hyperlinks into
one of these threads?

:( You sold it? That's just as bad as me selling my NES (if
you remember that thing all those years back lol) for a
SNES. At the time the SNES looked oh so fine. I sold my
NES to my bro...who still has it fortunatly. I gotta replay
that sucker sometime :)

OH SCHOOL IN HIGH FIDELITYYYY!!!

Jet Force Gemini - one of my favourites!!
:(

Do you wanna buy mine?

I'll never sell my N64 probably. The games and its distinct
feeling bring back some memories. I love that
nintendo-atmosphere of some of the games:

wave race 64 (peaceful)
zelda 1 (beautiful)
body harvest (alien)

What are everyone's thoughts on the Gamecube? Nintendo
getting better or worse?

I see it getting kinda more for kids what with the "hey, I
can add the GC to my backpack with my Hello Kitty trinkets"
look to it.

Thanks for the offer - but I'd only end up buying loads of
games for it! I spend too much on my PS2 as it is!!

Not that the look of the GC is bad...just you know.

I think the Gamecube will be a great console, there no
question about that. I think it'll do a lot better than
X-Box!

I'm buying a GC... it's too cheap to ignore.

Jedi: No worries, I'd probably miss ISS64 after a month
anyways... but not the fucking commentator

I like the look of the Gamecube controller - it's a much
better design than the controller for X-Box!

that excellent game!

There's hundreds of MIDI files on this site....I'm going
through the PSX ones at the moment. The Sega ones are really
good. I've got a SoundBlaster Live card in my PC, and they
sound great!

you could get the soundtrack on cd. I remember those
days...hmm...good ol' Nintendo days of "PLAY IT LOUD!" now
its "Gotta catch em all"

i have a ps2, and not a game cube, but i really doubt that
nintendo will release KI3 for ps2...and i also noticed that
ps2 games aren't really worth buying...i think that only
tekken tag (and soon 4), and ffx were worth buying, and the
rest were great rentals...

I still have all the systems and games, still have all my
SNES and Genesis cartridges, I can see them all from where
I'm sitting.

Shit, Shining Force was such a great series! And Zombies Ate
My Neighbours is such an underrated game.

One of my friends still has that orange pistol from that
Dunk Hunt game on the NES. That gun is Old School Dope.

I remember playing genesis "Zombies Ate My Neighbours" and
"Splatterhouse 3" on emulators at halloween when I was about
16. Ahh those halcyon days...

I still have that pistol... I have two of them. I also have
the SNES Super Scope Six, it's a big fucking bazooka, scope
and everything. I used to have this crazy glove for NES, I
think it was called the PowerGlove? Totally useless, but
looked cool.

Ha ha, I've got the original Grey weighted pistol for the
NES. The one off the original Mattel Nintendo rather than
the "NES". I always found the orange ones too light...

Ophecks, I remember reading about the glove, never had it
though. They brought out a similar thing for the PSX a
couple of years back. Have you got any new tracks/versions
of the ones I got off you?

Huh, that was a weird change of topic! :-) Uh, no, my Fruity
Loops odyssey is stalled right now, I had a lot of school
work to do for a bit, and I just couldn't devote enough time
to making music. I'll start up again when things calm
down... plus, I was pissed off that I couldn't get the sound
I wanted, and my laziness fucks me over because I don't have
the patience to try stuff if I fail at first... I have songs
in my head, but I can't get them to sound like I want them
when I try them. I'm a perfectionist, plus I suck, so that's
not a good combo. ;-)

and a N64->PC adaptoid its even better to play those games
on a emulator now a days.
