Yesterday my head started itching and i didnt think anything of it , but then but 12 its was preety horrid and then by 2:00 in the morning i was going insane and, i'll admit, crying . which is something i dont do often,By the time the chemist was open ( 9:00)i looked like a £d map , with hug red shapes on my wrists ,hips, head, neck, back, and knees. My knees looked awfull , like 5 times their usual size and all bruised, yuck!!so anyways i went to thwe chemist and showed the pharmacist(sp?) and he said that ive got hyper sensitive skin(nothing i didnt know) But now he tells me that not only can i not use certain washing powders soap etc i also now cant eat things that will irritate my blood! like spicy foods ( the bext kind) i am devastated.. so i was just wondering what sucky allerigies you guys have :D

I suffer from allergic rhinitus. It's mainly dust mites, cats and dogs that trigger it for me.
Cats are the worst, if I'm in a house with cats tha tisn't hoovered I get very short of breath. I literally had to run out of someone's house at dinner time without explaining why and stand outside for a bit to get my breath back one time... quite embaressing really.

My ex had an incredible number of allergies (yellow and green food colouring, allergic rhinitus, asthma, hay fever, kiwi fruit to name but a few), so I've always thought mine was pretty tolerable :)
You got allergies too? Aren't anti-hystamines only temporary in their effect? I've not looked into it much, I just try not to stay overnight at any houses that have cats...

heres a tip for you if your nose is clogged.
place your index finger tip and thumb tip over your nose holes (i prefer that over nostril), but don't cover them completely. blow out really hard and then move your fingers. for about 30 seconds you will breath clearly.
