If you're interested in etymology, which I am, you'll probably enjoy this little site; a fascinating read.

I've got this site bookmarked, now. I've always (well, not always, but since I was exposed to higher-education) enjoyed learning the roots/history behind the words we use today. I suppose I could see this sort of thing boring some people. It interests me, though. Thanks for the link Mr Marlowe.

<3 etymology! That site is great.. I've been using it for ages, but what I'm still missing is a Norwegian etymological dictionary.. the only one in existence is old old old, but covers both Norwegian and Danish. It's hard to come by, though. Thankfully, in some cases, usually the more interesting ones, the Norwegian and English words share their origin, so I can use the English one to figure it out for Norwegian as well.
