I'm all about image and I won't lie, I'm obsessed with myself. Which everyone has probably noticed. Its a problem, but I'm living with it and embracing it. Here's the deal that I've been talking to my therapist about: I hate myself, and I feel like others hate me too, but at the same time I feel like they should be obsessed with me. Thus, I try to hard to impress people. It's bad, like I said, but it's me and I'm going with it and always will unless some outside factor changes it. |

But to stay on topic, I really love drugs and that doesn't have to do with trying to impress anyone. I'm doing it so I can have fun. Here are my problems: Manic depression, major depression, insomnia, anorexia, impulse control. I don't mind saying it to all of you, just accept that it's how I am. |

All of them. Therapist/counselor has been helping, but it's more of helping me accept and understand that these are the problems. We're starting to go into how to deal with them though. I'm supposed to be given Straterra and Welbutrin to help, but I'm not a big fan of pills. Along the lines of drugs, I've popped and crushed/smoked Adderall, Oxycodine, and Hyrdocodine, but I actually hated them. And I don't like the idea of being controlled by pills, so I'm not going to follow through with that. I will however continue seeing my therapist so I can try to fix or at least better-cope with these things. |

nearly every close friend ive had has been on some kind of pills at some time in their life, and every one of them has spoken so terribly about it after they were off them. on the flip side tho, who knows how they would have been had they never been on the pills at all. |

Well, I remember I was on Strattera for ADHD for w while and it made me feel like shit. That COULD be because the dosage was wrong. My pediatrician at the time didn't really do a good job with my evaluation. When I was on Ritalin, it worked great, but over the years it started not helping gradually. And I think that was because I needed higher dosages as years progressed because my metabolism and everything (puberty) was changing. So we dropped it rather than going to see if I needed a higher dose. XLT knows a lot about me know I think, but I don't mind. |

I just took about 5 hits from an air can in the past 5 minutes. Haha, you talk in a real deep voice for a second and get a HUGE head buzz. But I'm not fucking with that shit a lot. It REALLY kills your brain, and fast. I'm done with that for like...several months. Just tonight. :] |

That's awesome that you're having a good time, but unless you don't expect to live after this, maybe you should think about if you will be in a nice warm and cozy bed (hopefully with a female ... or male if your into that) falling asleep to television or music after your barrage of partying. It's cool your having a ton of fun and stuff, I'm not trying to judge you, but from what I already know and how many countless drug addict friends I have (or had if they didn't kill themselves or overdose) I'd say that right now isn't your biggest problem as much as when you choose to stop will be. It's cool that your having a great time now, it really is, these are fun times, but I would hate to log onto XLT and read that your parents pulled the plug cause you had a failed suicide attempt or you overdosed and died in the bathroom of bar. But you can do whatever the fuck you want to do don't let anyone tell you what your doing is wrong. What your doing is eventually going to make you die quicker then most of us. A lot quicker. About 70 years quicker :) |

I think it's great you're seeing a therapist....... other than that, wow, I hope you stay safe and can find some happiness away from drugs. Drugs ARE great, in a way, but in the end the negatives will outway the positives (well, most people reach this stage...... others die'n'shit). And they are all about escaping from something. You have a great energy. |

Is this some kind of a cry for help? Sure, I used to do some drugs but normal ones (speed, coke and an occasional hallucinogenic). The drugs kids do these days I haven't even heard of and they seem far more "dirty" then the stuff we did back then.. I really hope you take care of your self, like eating right and changing your undies every now and then, not to mention brushing your teeth and paying the rent. Eventually I met a really sober woman that straightened me out and made me take responsibility for myself, her and the kids we suddenly had... Sure, I miss those crazy days every now and then, but an occasional drink and a spliff and tons of music keeps the need to totally dissolve in check.. I hope you reach the point where you do settle down and feel relatively content like boring, old and increasingly fat me... But you really should take into consideration that the aftermath of a sustained personal chemfest can be very tough for some. Chances are you're going to need therapy and medication far beyond the point where you plan to settle down and lead a normal life. GOOD LUCK AND GODSPEED! |

Has any of you guys ever been stooned in your dreams ? Its weird. Never hapened before trying any drugs but nowdays its a part of my subconsious and i can have these very real dreams where i do alot of drugs and feel totaly stoned. If i had the munchies when waking up i would be sceared haha! |
