how did web development affected your usage of
messageboards, and xltronic specifically?

for me, since i can find loads of information on wikipedia,
the gather of opinions became the main feature of mbs.

also i prefer to open new threads about a track or a release
than looking for an old one since i want to know what people
think about it currently.

first there was the internet,
but there was no messageboards whatsoever.
crowd and I disapproved.
XLT was created,
crowd and I gave thansk
crowd leaves
mr zephyr twin buys mr XLT a drink and talks about ableton

I don't really linger on the Internet any more. I
usually spend 4 minutes per day at Xltronic, maybe 10
minutes on Cinemageddon, I check my eMail, apply for better
jobs than my current one... umm... that's about it. I
sometimes check Wikipedia or IMDb or Allmusic if I'm after
something specific.

I guess with there being more Information and Opinion on the
internet, outwith forums, less time is required asking
aimless questions or seeking opinions on subjects except to
bait, to pass time, to joke around.

I don't really listen to much electronic music anymore but I
come here specifically because of You People. But yeah, I'm
addicted to opinions I read on forums, coagulating in
real-time. Usually the first thing I do after a movie
finishes or whatever is go to its imdb board. And brace
myself.
