it just happened on tv. it was sort of a rap about being in
love with the president of iran. it had the piano from avril
14th over a really minimal beat

just sayin

I heard this, thought I was imagining it.
I think there was 1 maybe 2 good snl skits. Sport guest
hosts should not be allowed.

Big deal, I once heard a VS tune from his last album on a
local commercial about something.

community events bulletin on a radio station in northern
michigan. totally weird.

Good find, good youtube, so thats why RDJ isnt putting out
any new stuff lately, SNL gave him some bling, bling for the
Drukqs song. He makes money and so does the record company.

I love the aphex twin, read about it in my profile.

yeah snl is seriously the worst show on tv hands down. i'd
rather watch some crazy show on fox news. at least i'd laugh
at fox news.

theres nothing funny on snl. there are a lot of insane
republicans on fox news that make me laugh.

Wow, SNL has run so far out of material that they are
reaching their filthy mitts into the last possible coffer. I
wish I could say this comes as a surprise.. This show needed
to be axed years ago; how long can they beat this dead
horse?

hey, sorry didn't mean to be all negative in your thread, I
know you're not making any claims that SNL is a good show, I
just can't believe new episodes are still being filmed.

I actually like this beat. It's a good sample, and it wasn't
the part I suspected they'd sampled; I'm pleasantly
surprised.

Is SNL always this superficial in their attempts at
critiquing stuff?

i'm not sure it even qualifies as a critique. it's just a
timely joke about the crazy prez of iran who recently
asserted in a speech at columbia university that "iran does
not have homosexuals," saying that it's a "western
problem."

snl generally doesn't critique so much as make jokes at
someone's expense.

i think all these comedy shows grab that particular speech
to make these little lame jokes. one worse than
another..it's funny though, because they turned out
homophobs which is exactly what they were trying to make fun
of.

as for avril 14th, it seems rdj didn't approve they can use
it..and i doubt it's about money..the whole thing is so
idiotic it makes his music look bad.
