You guys watching?

I've recently fallen back into this, I'm in love with all
the technical fighting styles in the mix each fight.

I'm adding all the warm up exercises I learned in Tae Kwan
Do and am adding in some Muay Thai exercises into my
routine. I'm looking at taking Kickboxing in January they
offer it at the local college.

David Loiseau
is my favorite at the moment, cant get enough of those
viscious elbow strikes

If you want to check it out, UFC 76 should be on Bravo on
friday or sat at 9 pm. not the best of cards but at least
its MMA.

I'm sorry I wont be watching it because I don't find the
idea of two semi naked men clawing at each other and
grunting to be all that appealing. You enjoy yourself
though!

aahh i'm sure your joking and realise what actual fighting
is, rather than just being ignorant.

Yes actual fighting is something idiots do. UFC is for
latent homosexuals.

yep been doing martial arts for 15 years and ufc/mma, while
skillfull, is a pure groud and pound meat-fest for jocks.

its the hard-house of martial arts.

fighting can be an art, just like music. too bad some fight
fans can't see the bueaty in electronic music and vice versa

You can say anything could be an art though if its
done skillfully. I made a great sandwich the other day that
I would consider to be a work of art.

i wouldn't call ufc/mma fighting "artistic".. its more
"athletic" and as artistic as olympic judo or the
steeplechase.

true martial arts aren't sports nor confined by rules such
as "one-on-one" or "no weapons".

for example
muay thai, judo, bjj, kendo, ufc = sports (combat ones)
taijtsu, jujutsu, kenjutsu = martial arts

i know what your saying. my sandwiches are always works of
art, esspecially with mango chutney.

what i'm getting at is.., it takes a life dedication to
compete at a high level of fighting, just as any other
sport. When you understand the intricasies and techniques
its not just something for "idiots". There is so much going
on at this level of compitition.

Sorry to be so bland about it, but i'm sure you disagree
when some people say "electrnic music is for idiots, its
so repetative and gay!!"

i'd agree about it being more athletic than artistic. But do
a search for these fighters...Kazushi Sakuraba, Murico
Shogun.

cartwheel guardpass = artistic

MMA is the Druqs of the Analord.

The crow Kneed some rookie in the jaw lunging at him from
about 5 ft away. put him down, it was like the acid of
vibert smoothley coming out from a sequence of Aphex Break.
